We are happy to release the first in our video Chai’n’Chat series!
Krishna Das sat down with some of our satsang over a cup of chai to answer a question of their choice.
We filmed 16 parts to this series at YouTube Space in Manhattan earlier this year. A new episode will be premier every Tuesday, so please stay tuned!
If you would like to be notified when the next video is ready for you, you can subscribe to KD’s official youtube channel.
Each will cover a different topic. We do hope you enjoy watching these, please feel free to leave us your comments below.
A big thank you to all who asked their question.

This is a wonderful idea! Thank you for sharing. Will see you in Yogaville in November!
Hi KD,
I really enjoyed the first C&C, especially your tips about just taking 5 minutes out of the day. It relieved me of a lot of anxiety about being a crummy devotee (yes…”compared to what?”). The second episode bothered me because the woman who wanted to be an activist really didn’t see anything wrong with her line of thinking. People who cross the line from spiritual focus to (inevitably political) activism are the worst Brown Shirts ever. They live to boss other people around, and look for the Seal of Approval from their spiritual backdrop. I’m not talking about real helpers like Dr. Brilliant, I’m talking about obnoxious eco-freaks, anti-Republican foamers, social “justice” fanatics, and so on. Boy, could I live without all their nonsense. I remember reading that Maharaji said something like “politics is not for sadhus”. In our society in the U.S., I see politics as a real trap for people who are operating without a live guru. They stop being loving and start being pushy. They tend to forget about their internal process and externalize the whole thing onto others, removing themselves from the fire. Just my 2 cents. But thanks for the C&C idea – looking forward to the next one. Ram Ram Ram
Ditto! See you in Yogaville! Yay, why do we think we should be farther along, ………hit the nail on the head for me on that one! This was 6 minutes of positive reinforcement!! Will play it again. Ram Ram!
